Limitless - Dive Charter

The LIMITLESS team invites you to dive off the beaten path. Charter us to dive where you want to dive and how you want to dive it. Tell us where you want to go and we will do everything we can to make it happen!

We also offer a rental service with delivery directly on site. You can rent tanks and weights... they will be waiting for you on board! At the end of the day, you leave everything in place and we will take care of it for you. It's that easy!

 
Individual bookings

• For individual spots, the amount must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you cancel, you will forfeit the amount paid and said amount will be considered as compensation for the cancelled booking to Limitless. You can, however, resell your spot to another diver with the appropriate dive certifications for the charter you booked.

• If Limitless cancels a charter due to Covid health measures, or for any other reason or unforeseen event, the client can choose to be reimbursed or have the charter date postponed to another available date.

• If a client cancels a charter or fails to show up on time for the departure, no amount will be reimbursed. Clients are responsible for securing proper insurance.

 
Goups (full charter)

• To book a full charter, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable 30 days before the charter date. Failure to pay the remaining balance within this timeframe will cancel the charter booking. The amount paid will be forfeited and be considered as compensation for the cancelled booking.

• Unless otherwise mentioned, for all charters of 1 to 2 consecutive days, our policy for weather cancellations is the following. If we cancel, we will refund the amount paid, minus an amount of $200 for each cancelled day, to cover our travel and lodging expenses.

• For charters to dive the Empress of Ireland and surrounding wrecks specifically, a minimum of 3 consecutive days is required. Our policy for weather cancellations is the following. If we cancel, we will refund the amount paid, minus an amount of $200 for each cancelled day, to cover our travel and lodging expenses. For dives on the Empress, special conditions apply. • Contact us to confirm availability. Our website is updated daily but bookings can sometimes occur quickly.

• Payments are to be made by e-transfer (Interac). An invoice will be issued.

• You will receive an email containing all the necessary information regarding the logistical details.

• You are required to send us, in advance, a copy of your certification cards as well as Québec license, when required. Failure to do so and/or failure to provide this information on the day of the charter will prevent you from diving. You will also be prevented from diving if you do not have the required level for the dives. In both cases, the amount paid is forfeited with no reimbursement.

• All passengers are required to sign a liability release prior to boarding Limitless.

• Anyone refusing to sign said release will be denied boarding and any amount paid is then forfeited with no reimbursement.
